It's already 2 weeks??

I guess its safe for one short post about the dreaded SPM now.
6 down, 5 more to go.
Up till now, this is my list of difficulties of subjects: (hardest on top)
1. Add Maths 2
2. (Actually these few subjects have the same level of difficulties, so I shall put them in the same range) History, English, Malay, Moral, Mod Maths.
3. Add Maths 1

Sorry, can't help doing this list after today's Add Maths papers.
I wouldn't normally classify any paper as easy because it might turn out bad, but Add Maths paper 1 WAS easier than usual. Agreed?
So I guess that's to cover up paper 2(the disastrous one) and balance up the marks.
Gosh. It was more challenging than its supposed to be.

Bio is 4 days away!

25 days, apparently.

"As we go on~ we remember~ all the times we~ had together~"
Graduation Song - Vitamin C

Just one last post (i think) before this blog REALLY goes into hibernate mode.
Because its advanced GRADUATION DAY!
While we are only 25 days away to SPM.
Graduation Day is supposed to be a meaningful one right?
Well, it was, but less. For me la. I think most of us had fun though.

It just wasn't REALLY our graduation, was it?

We had tons of moments of taking pictures. Here's some to share. The next minute, facebook will be spammed by SMK BU4's Graduation Day pictures. Stay tuned!

Rmb this from somewhere? Let me refresh your memory.

(Once upon a time in school.)

Soo Mei, sitting comfortably in front.

Me, squashed behind with two sampats.
LOOK AT THE JAM.
We were on the road for 1 hour.

Eh we're gonna wear mortabaks right?
Wear murtabak? On our heads?
NOLA mortar board ah.
Imagine.

Decided to change it next time after all.

FD 4

Final Destination 4 was gross.
However, it got a bit boring because it seemed like the main point of the movie was only to display disgusting scenes and injuries.
Good yucky production though.

"Hell it doesnt even explain y u didnt come to badminton," says Tze Lim.

What happened to me was, I was dragged to Seremban, then to Malacca last night. I was on a novel when...

mom : *knock knock*

me : Yah?

mom : 4 30 okay?

me : What?

mom : 4 30 we leave!

me : Leave what?

mom : We're going to Malacca!

And there I was, on the car. I was given only 10 minutes notice lo pls. That's why I had to FFK the badminton game today.

Disasters.

Imagine you're born in a Muslim family. Raya is around the corner and everyone's excited about it. You go out shopping with your family one fine day. When you reach home, what you see in front of your eyes is, your house ON FIRE.

I just came back from Malacca. (yeah i know, again right?) We were driving along the coast when we saw thick black smoke billowing from the roof of a typical wooden kampung house. As we approached, it was clear that the house was on fire. Presumably it was the kitchen part. A crowd was forming outside the house, but no one took (or dared to take) the initiative to put out the fire. From the look of the house, the gate was closed, the doorstep had no shoes, there wasn't a car, so the owners must've been out.

The family must be devastated. I mean, it should've been a happy week for them. On the first day of holidays too! Something so horrible can't POSSIBLY happen. But it did. It's not that I know them, but I feel sorry.

Next, when we were on the highway, we heard news on the radio. Apparently a car, with a family of 4 on their way back to kampung, collided with an OIL TANK VEHICLE. And sorta exploded. The family was burnt dead in the car right then. These kind of things really upsets people.

------------------------

Went from Malacca back to PJ straight to tuition. Even Sugus cannot save me from drifting off. Oh and I just got 6 novels from EeLyn to read. Which I traded with 5 of mine. Lol.

More paper.

Isn't this too much?? TOO MUCH! (haha KarMun I know its ur fav line)
I mean, look at the empty space on the paper! Even worse, look at what the errata is about! 1 PERSON EACH. FOR almost EVERY PAPER.

Sitting at the first place by the door, I've been seeing XinYi's bag hanging on the grill in front of the next class for days now. It says "Reduce, reuse and recycle, be an ECO friend like me!" =/
Funny isn't it.
----------------------

This was what we played the other day when boredom struck us.
Its called Bumper Stars. We even got a Bumper Stars Addict Award for it. HA-HA!

Mendel's Law

Fellow SPM candidates,
JOM KITA PERGI TENGOK! Very properly explained and clever kawaii illustrations.

It's a vid about Mendel's Law.
Just watch it, even if you think you are already superbly awesome in Bio Chapter Inheritance.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7CcuFmHE7U&feature=related
There are 3 parts. Just find the link in YouTube.

----------------------

Honestly, DO THEY PLANT TREES? I doubt it.
Printing the exam papers are already cost a fortune, not to mention all the empty spaces wasted at the sides, to insert a [sulit] or whatsoever unrelated information. What's with all the errata? Aren't the questions supposed to be checked at least twice before printing them out? Printing a WHOLE different stack of papers JUST FOR ERRORS. It doesn't work that way. (Plus the indecent wrongs) -_- Refer to Farm's blog for more info.

----------------------

Yesterday, when I reached home, my dad was talking to our few-doors-away neighbour who came over to chat. AND THERE WAS A HUSKY BESIDE HIM! Honestly, it was BEAUTIFUL. The owner bought it for RM 3000. So expensive! But worth it I guess. Such a beauty. I wanted to take a picture with it, but when I came down after bathing, they already went home. This is the closest I can find.
My OTHER side of the house neighbour also has a beautiful Golden Retriever. It loves to make a visit to our house whenever he is let loose. Dunno why. But we don't mind, we adore it! Also the closest I can find.

GUESS HOW MANY HOURS OF ADD MATHS TUITION I WENT FOR TODAY?

Here's the math :
f(x) = ½ ( 21x-31 )
Find f(x) when x = 2
When x = 2, f(x) = 5.5

5 hours and 30 minutes!!

We ARE going cuckoo.
But it was a fun marathon! We ordered pizza today. Teacher just decided that her cute students must have some pizza. Heehee!

If we could talk to exam papers, I'd ask it to answer itself.

Semi-Final Add Maths Marathon 2009 is officially on!

Maybe people are becoming demented altogether.
Sue Ann can talk to dogs, ZH can talk to papers AND mosquitoes, Ee Lyn can talk to herself.
I can talk to... to... Homo sapiens! Isn't it incredible?

Watermelons - Heaty or Cooling?
Okay ZH, I might be wrong but I won't take of my pants and run around the field like you say YK would. It's just too dumb.
Watermelons are cooling.

You will never in a million years be able to even imagine how I was tormented with the WORST LOATHSOME SUBJECT EVER last night. People think : Oh her mom is an accounts teacher, she'll do just fine. Helloo? Never assume that the daughter can get the mother's passion in a subject that involves jurnal, lejar and buku tunai. In fact, I've started to regret signing up for it in the first place. Why did no one stop meeee? Oh right. Cause my mom is an accounts teacher. How promising. My average for trials is so going down the drain. This is a very inauspicious start.

I don't understand why people have to make things so complicated. Can't they just get straight to the point?

--------------

Another week has passed. We've finally reached the end of trials.

Here's comes the start of JPS papers. Which is, quite meaningless since its just like sucking in the answers online and vomitting it out in the exam. You could say, why don't you just ignore the leaked questions? BECAUSE. How can you resist it (in a way being silly) when everyone around you has the answers except youuu.

They say time flies.
It really does, doesn't it?

Today marks eve of the last day of holidays, eve of National Day and my brother's departure.
One whole week! GONE!
Before we all know it, we're going to be graduating and taking SPM already. (Yes, we're graduating before we take SPM. How fascinating.)
And then we'll be going to college.
And then we'll be going to uni.
And then we'll get a job.
And then we'll get married.
And then.. Oh you get the point.
But then again, maybe this is going too far. x)

Me : But I'm doing my physics! It's much moreee important than accounts.
Mom : Very fast wan... I give u 20 questions okay?
Me : But why?!! I'm on my physics! Can't it wait?
Mom : Can't. Cause I feel very bored now.

I'm currently stuck in genting awana.
It's not that I don't like being here.
I just don't like being here now.

Our first week of trials just ended last week, but there's 3 more weeks to go.

Boon Lee : Gosh so happy Bio and Chem finally over edi.
Me : Don't forget, we still got JPS paper for those.
Boon Lee : Aiyah, just go online to find the answers.

Dad called this a "leisure trip". It's because he got the room already anyway, so why waste it. When we reached, he said it just turned into a "study trip". Now I'm supposed to spend the whole day studying because there's nothing else better to do here. Except come to the lobby for the Wi-Fi with brother. Mom and dad realizes that we're bored to death but they don't want us to go up to the peak. Which is the case of H1N1. Speaking of which, was our directed essay topic in our SPM trial BM paper.

Going home on Monday morning, lucky for me, because I've got a drama to catch. Heehee.

p.s. I DO study okay.

Have you ever woken up to yourself laughing about something in your dream?

I did last night.
Its really weird but somehow it was about this wonderful dream I can't seem to remember.
One involved dinosaurs and my grandma. I know, amusing, isn't it?
I won't tell you bout the other one. That was the one I felt so happy about that when I realized that I was actually laughing in sleep, I refused to open my eyes, wanting to continue to dream.
How often do you get a dream that makes you laugh? =D

----------------------------------------------------------

It SHOULD sound rather depressing that I went on an ambulance today.
Some might know what happened but I won't tell stories here.
However, it WAS an experience.
Before that, we were betting whether they would switch on the siren, because it was supposed to be "an emergency" but its not really that bad.
They did switch it on. And once they did, you could actually feel the tension and see how the cars on the road react. People started to make way for us, signalling to get out of the lane. (See? Malaysian drivers are considerate!) Some ambulance drivers do that to save time even in non-critical situations. But I'm not telling you to not trust the blaring siren on the road, you MUST MUST still give way when you hear one.

When we reached UKM, it was already about 3.30 p.m. It's been a long time since I last went to the hospital. This time, most ppl had masks on, even the security guards. We had such a long wait.

Dramas. A car drove in the wrong direction on the ambulance emergency lane. I took no notice of it at first but I guess they had a worse emergency. Suddenly all the nurses and staff attended to that car. The family stepped down of the car, most of them crying. It appeared to be a guy in his 30s. As usual, my brother, my dad and me, being busybodies, we stared intently, trying to figure out what happened. Judging from the family's hand language to the M.O.s, we concluded that something (should be very heavy and concrete) fell on his head, he fainted, he bled.

Another family, who suddenly appeared out of nowhere (must've come out when I was playing solitaire on my phone) was at the emergency main entrance. If you were there, you'd feel touched too. Almost all of them was wailing, even the 2 kids were sobbing. Its a sad sight, but I guess if you wanna be someone successful in the medical world, you would have to bear those sights. Good EQ, I suppose.

Trips to the hospital are usually long and tiring. zzZ.
